Villa Anita is a modern villa with a pool, located on the beachfront in a beautiful cove Gradina, 5 km away from Vela Luka. It is at the end of a public road and then a private road leading to the villa with a parking lot. On a quiet and slightly isolated position, it makes comfortable for your vacation as well as protects your privacy. Villa Anita perfectly fits the natural surrounding with Mediterranean plants, stone walls that protect your privacy, and beautifully designed and maintained gardens. The villa is situated on the sea and the beach is only 30 meters.

Villa Anita contain a total of three apartments, and the interiors are modern furnished. The main residential area is divided into two floors and the detached residential area which is a smaller detached house. Villa Anita is with 5 bedrooms total, (and one pull-out sofa suitable for a child), 3 bathrooms, two toilets, two outdoor showers, and two grills.

Each apartment is with a terrace with outdoor seating and a unique sea view. All suites are air-conditioned and equipped with SAT / TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine etc. On request, guests at no extra charge we provide a baby cot.

The property with the villa is located at the very end of Gradina Cove. The private road about 30 meters long leads from the end of the public road. There is a parking lot for several cars. In front of the houses, there is a swimming pool with sea water (38m2). Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with an sunshade, one part is with natural shade, deckchairs, and an outdoor shower.

The coast is partly concrete and partly rocky. The entrance to the sea can be gravel, or you can go down to the sea by stairs. There are sunshade and deckchairs on the concrete part. There is also a mooring for a boat if you have your own boat or want to rent it.
